Welcome to Vornduty. By accessing or using our app, website, or services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. Please read carefully.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use Vornduty. Users under 18 must have parental consent.

2. Accounts

• You are responsible for maintaining your account security.
• You agree not to share your login details or impersonate others.
• Vornduty reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts for violations.

3. Matches & Tournaments

• Matches are auto-generated once a lobby reaches 80%+ capacity and at least one spectator joins.
• Vornduty hosts and controls all matches; users cannot self-host.
• Cheating, hacking, or exploiting will result in disqualification and possible account ban.

4. Spectators

• First spectator is considered the "master" and manages match information.
• Spectators must upload results honestly; falsification leads to penalties.

5. Prohibited Conduct

• No cheating, exploiting bugs, or using third-party software.
• No offensive, harassing, or discriminatory behavior.

6. Limitation of Liability

Vornduty provides services “as is” and is not responsible for technical issues, server downtime, or player disputes. Our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts at any time for violations of these Terms.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform means acceptance of updates.
